Method of Payment

◆Membership/Use of Facilities: By credit card

◆Attending Events: By credit card or in accordance with Method and Timing of Payment by Peatix

Timing of Payment

◆Membership/Use of Facilities: In accordance with the terms of each credit card issuer

◆Attending events: In accordance with the terms of each credit card issuer or Method and Timing of Payment by Peatix

Timing of Service Provision

◆Membership/Use of Facilities: Services are available after the payment of the initial registration fee, membership fee (monthly or annual), and other applicable service fees.

◆Attending Events: Attendance to an event is available after the payment is made. In case of using Peatix, its Method and Time of Payment will apply.

Cancellation

◆Membership/Use of Facilities: Cannot be canceled once payments have been made.

◆Attending Events: To be announced separately. In case of using Peatix, its Method and Time of Payment will apply.

Terminating Membership

◆ About withdrawal from membership

Members may cancel their membership at the end of the month in which they wish to cancel by completing the cancellation application procedures with the Management Company by the 10th of the month in which they wish to cancel (or the previous business day in the case of a holiday).

No service will be provided and no membership fee will be billed after the month following the month of withdrawal. If there are any unpaid fees, the member shall remain liable for payment of such fees even after withdrawal from membership. No refund of membership fee (annual membership fee) will be made upon withdrawal from membership.
